How To Prepare:
There are two ways to prepare the almond bread using this mix:
1) In a mixing bowl add the mixture with 375 ml of hot water (1 1/2 cups), and a 1/4 cup of olive oil. Cover the dough and leave it for 30 minutes. Bake on a low heat (150 °C) for 60 minutes.
2) In a mixing bowl, add the mixture with two tablespoons of apple vinegar or lemon juice, and 5 egg whites. Mix for 2 minutes. Add 250ml of hot water and mix again. Cover the dough and leave it for 30 minutes. Bake on a low heat (150 °C) for 60 minutes.
Ingredients: Almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk, sweetener, raising agent.
