How To Prepare:
In a mixing bowl, add the mixture with two tablespoons of apple vinegar or lemon juice, and 5 egg whites. Mix for 2 minutes. Add 250ml of hot water and mix again. Cover the dough and leave it for 30 minutes. Bake on a low heat (150 °C) for 60 minutes.
