A traditional country loaf that lends its charm and joy from the bare necessities; flour, water and salt only, and the rest is technique. Slightly sour and mostly earthy. The healthiest bread we make.

Ingredients -- unbleached white flour (60%), local wholemeal wheat flour (40%), water, salt.

vegan + pure sourdough
No sugar added, no shortenings, no dairy.
