Baking mix made using the flaxseed flour, which is a good alternative for wheat flour when being on a low carb diet. 

How To Prepare:

In a mixing bowl, add the mixture with two tablespoons of apple vinegar or lemon juice, and two egg whites. Mix for 2 minutes. Add 400 ml of hot water, and mix again. Cover the dough and leave it for 30 minutes. Bake on a low heat (150 °C) for 60 minutes. 

Ingredients: Flaxseed flour, coconut powder, psyllium husk, Himalayan salt, yeast.
