This traditional dish is simple, vegetarian, wild, and most importantly delicious! It is made of the wild mallow plant "khubeizeh" grown in Jordan usually in spring. 

Onions are sauteed with olive oil, khubeizeh leaves are added, and then salt, pepper, and lemon juice. It is usually served with bread and an extra squeeze of lemon would be always a good idea! 

Meal size:
6 - 8 servings.
